I designed and led the creative direction for Marriott’s 2024 Topline Leadership Summit, an event centered around the theme Meet The Moment—inspiring leadership in the face of economic and political shifts. Set in downtown Los Angeles, the visual identity paid tribute to the city, blending its iconic architecture, culture, sports, and fashion with fresh, dynamic branding.
Key Highlights
Main Stage Design: Creative directed a 130’ LED backdrop with dynamic visuals and a custom-designed scenic stage featuring backlit elements. The stage was designed to be nimble and adaptable, seamlessly shifting for daily programming needs—including a headline performance by Gwen Stefani, whose team integrated the event theme into her set.
Immersive Branding: Oversaw branding across digital billboards, readerboard kiosks, print materials, and bespoke landing pages for each discipline.
Event Merchandise: Designed Meet The Moment merchandise, including enamel pins, lanyards, and curated swag.
Collaborative Performances: Partnered with Millennium Dance Studio to deliver high-energy opening performances.
Impact
From scenic design to digital touchpoints, every detail was crafted to leave a lasting impression. The event successfully engaged and energized Marriott attendees, creating an unforgettable experience that aligned with the Meet The Moment theme.
